Do you take cash or card payments?
Yes, we accept debit, credit, checks, and cash payments at the time of the service. Our online system will automatically provide a PDF invoice and paid receipts for your records. Please keep in mind our technicians do not carry cash for change if you pay in cash.
Do you charge a trip fee?
If you are out of the service area, we do charge $80 for travel.
Do you charge a service fee?
We do charge a service fee of $80 to diagnose the issue if you decide not to proceed with the service.
Do I have to be home when the technician arrives?
Yes, a person DOES have to be there in person to show our technician the issue as well as provide payment at the end of the service.
